Terms of Service

1. Agreement and operator

These Terms govern the use of AppStoreStatistics, operated by Tobias Krenn, Grolzham 25B, 4680 Weibern, Austria. By creating an account, purchasing access or using the service, you agree to these Terms. If you use the service for an organization, you confirm that you are authorized to act for it.

2. Service scope

AppStoreStatistics provides public App Store data pages, app research, chart observations, ASO tools, modeled estimates, public reports, AI features and beta advertising features. Availability and coverage depend partly on third-party sources.

Beta features may change, contain incomplete provider coverage or be withdrawn. Documentation and visible data labels form part of the service context, but no specific ranking, traffic, download, revenue or business outcome is guaranteed.

3. Accounts and security

You must provide accurate information, keep account access secure and notify support of suspected unauthorized use.

• Do not share paid account credentials outside the permitted user.
• Do not send passwords, tokens or private keys to support.
• You are responsible for activity performed through your account unless applicable law provides otherwise.

4. Free, Monthly, Yearly, Lifetime and Enterprise access

Free access includes the public and limited features described on the Pricing page. Monthly Full Access is a recurring monthly subscription. Yearly Full Access includes a one-time seven-day trial for eligible previously unpaid accounts and then renews annually at the price shown before checkout unless cancelled. Lifetime Full Access is a one-time access option with no recurring renewal.

Enterprise is a contact-based offer. Team, data, support, price and contract terms apply only after they have been agreed individually; no seats, SSO or service level are included unless the agreement says so.

Lifetime refers to access for the operating life of the AppStoreStatistics product offering. It does not promise that every current feature, provider, limit or source will remain unchanged indefinitely. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.

5. Billing, cancellation and statutory rights

Payments are processed by Stripe. Current prices, billing frequency, applicable taxes, promotion codes, trial eligibility and payment terms are displayed before checkout. Monthly and Yearly users can manage or cancel subscriptions through the available Stripe billing portal. A Yearly trial requires a payment method and converts to annual paid access unless cancelled before the trial ends.

An authenticated software agent may initiate a Stripe-hosted checkout session on a user's behalf. The buyer must complete payment securely on Stripe; neither the agent nor AppStoreStatistics receives raw card details. The separate agent checkout does not include the Yearly trial and never activates access before Stripe confirms the payment. Agents may not create transactions without the user's authority.

AppStoreStatistics does not advertise a general voluntary refund guarantee. Any mandatory withdrawal, refund, warranty or consumer rights under applicable law remain unaffected. Review the checkout information before purchasing.

6. Acceptable use

You may use the service for lawful app research and business purposes. You must not:

• Bypass access controls, paywalls, quotas, provider circuits or security measures.
• Probe or use private APIs without authorization, or automate requests in a way that disrupts the service or third-party providers.
• Share secrets, infringe rights, upload unlawful material or use outputs for unlawful discrimination, deception or abuse.
• Resell, mirror or systematically extract substantial parts of the service except through an expressly permitted public endpoint and its fair-use conditions.
• Misrepresent estimated, cached, beta or observed data as exact private Apple data.

7. User content and public shares

You retain responsibility for prompts, selected apps, saved analysis inputs and content you explicitly publish. You grant AppStoreStatistics the limited rights necessary to store, process, display and transmit that content to provide the requested feature.

Only publish a metadata report when you have the right to make its contents public. Revocation removes the public report according to the product workflow but cannot guarantee deletion of independent third-party copies or search caches.

8. Data, estimates and AI

Chart positions and public metadata are observations at a stated time. Download, revenue, difficulty and similar model outputs are estimates unless expressly labeled exact authorized first-party data. AI responses can be incomplete or wrong and must be independently reviewed before product, legal, financial or marketing decisions.

AppStoreStatistics is not affiliated with Apple, Meta, TikTok or OpenAI. Third-party terms, interfaces and availability may change without our control.

9. Intellectual property

The AppStoreStatistics software, presentation, original reports and documentation are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Apple, App Store and other third-party names and marks belong to their respective owners. These Terms do not transfer ownership of user content or third-party source data.

10. Availability, suspension and termination

We may maintain, modify or discontinue features and may suspend access where reasonably necessary for security, abuse prevention, legal compliance, non-payment or material breach. Where appropriate and reasonably possible, affected users will receive notice or an opportunity to remedy the issue.

11. Warranty and liability

The service is provided with the level of care required by applicable law. To the extent legally permitted, AppStoreStatistics is not liable for decisions based solely on estimates, AI outputs, third-party source interruptions or temporary unavailability. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded, including mandatory consumer protections.

12. Governing law, changes and contact

Austrian law applies, excluding conflict-of-law rules, to the extent this choice does not deprive a consumer of mandatory protection available under the law of their habitual residence. Mandatory consumer jurisdiction rules remain unaffected.

We may update these Terms for legal, security or product reasons. Material changes will be communicated where required. Questions can be sent to [email protected]. If one provision is invalid, the remaining provisions continue to apply to the extent legally possible.
