Score components
The 0-100 score is relative to qualified storefronts in the same monthly cohort. It is not a forecast of installs, revenue or success.
- Release Momentum: 20%.
- Market Openness: 25%.
- Ranking Mobility: 25%.
- Category Diversity: 15%.
- Localization Gap: 15%.
Qualification gates
A country must meet minimum observed coverage before it receives a comparable score.
- At least 60% ranking-day coverage.
- At least three non-empty chart groups.
- At least 100 distinct charting apps.
- Available volatility observations.
- Defined storefront-language mapping.
Interpret responsibly
Use component evidence and coverage alongside the total. A localization gap can describe an opportunity, but public binary languages cannot confirm private App Store Connect localization settings.
- Compare countries within the same report month.
- Review final country pages for stable citations.
- Use CSV or JSON when reproducing calculations.
