App intelligence
App search and app details
Find an iOS app by name or Track ID and interpret its public metadata, ratings, screenshots, rankings and estimates.
- Best for
- Anyone researching a specific iOS app or developer
- Access
- Search and overview are public; complete details require Full Access
Find the correct app
Search by app name, developer or numeric Apple Track ID. Similar app names can exist in multiple storefronts, so verify the icon, developer and Track ID before continuing.
- Use the country selector to set the storefront.
- Track ID is the most reliable identifier.
- Changing country can change price, rating and availability.
Understand the app page
The app overview combines public Apple metadata with stored chart observations and clearly labeled model outputs.
- Metadata: name, developer, category, price, languages and dates.
- Ratings: last observed public rating and rating count.
- Rankings: observed chart positions, not downloads.
- Estimates: modeled ranges with confidence context.
- Screenshots and reviews: public samples, not private App Store Connect data.
Data statuses
Results identify how their underlying data was produced. Always read the source and update time before making a decision.
- Live: returned by the source during the current request.
- Observed: public source data stored with an observation time.
- Cached: a previous source response shown when live collection is limited.
- Estimated: a modeled score or range, not private Apple-reported performance.
- Exact: authorized first-party data only.
- Beta: provider-dependent coverage that may be incomplete.
Troubleshooting
A missing app can mean the selected storefront does not publish it, Apple is temporarily limiting the source, or the Track ID is invalid.
- Retry with the correct storefront.
- Use the Track ID instead of a name.
- Check whether a cached result is shown.
- Contact support with the Track ID, country and page URL if the issue persists.
